Cancellations
We appreciate a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we do understand that life happens and some things cannot be avoided. If you need to miss an appointment because of something unavoidable, please be courteous and give us a call or go to sqap.pt/Rt9e9Euk to reschedule your appointment.
No-Shows
Although we do understand that life happens and some things are not in our control, no-shows are inconsiderate to our clients that were not able to get an appointment because you had one scheduled. It is appreciated when you can call us and let us know if you are unable to make an appointment. Sometimes we are able to move the next appointment up or call someone on a wait list. The first no-show will be excused. The second no-show you will be required to pay for your next appointment when scheduling and a $15 inconvenience charge will be added.
Late-Shows
We try to keep our appointments as close to scheduled times as possible. If you are running late by more than 15 minutes, please be courteous and give us a call/text. We will try and work you in as much as possible, but sometimes we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Kids
We love children! But as a courtesy to our other clients (and for you to get a little break) it is best to find a babysitter for your time at the spa. We strive to keep our spa relaxing for everyone.
Pets
We also love animals! But not everyone feels the same. Due to the nature of our business, for health and cleanliness reasons the State and County inspectors frown upon animals in the treatment rooms.
Cell Phones
We encourage you to enjoy your time at the spa and relax! Please put your phones on silence or vibrate during your treatments or better yet, leave them in your purse.
